Heirloom Vegetable. Variety originated in Italy. Absolutely fascinating looking lime green heads formed of a complex collection of intricately spiraled curds. Often referred to as coral broccoli due to its appearance. Preferred by chefs everywhere due to its crisp texture and sweet lightly nutty taste! Matures in 78 days.

How to Grow

Start seed indoors in a sterile growing medium 4-6 weeks before plant out or sow direct in mid to late May. Seed germinates in 7-14 days.

Planting Depth: 6 mm (1/4”). Seed Spacing: 2 cm (3/4”). Thin to: 60 cm (24”). Row Width: 75 cm (30”).

COMMENTS: Best growth occurs in well drained organic soil. Keep soil evenly watered.
