Local Delivery, Shipping & Pickup Policy
We offer limited local delivery by request over the phone starting at $30 and going up depending on your location. We try our best to make sure that all orders get fulfilled in a timely manner. If you have an absolute need for local delivery please feel free to give us a call however we may not be able to accommodate everyone during the busier season in spring. We now offer Canada wide shipping online starting at orders over $50. Certain items will not be able to be shipped and will be mandatory for being picked up (ex: plants). We will let you know if you selected shipping and some things have to be picked up in store. There will be a message displayed in your cart saying that something has to be picked up in store if that is the case.
How soon after I place my order can I pick it up at the store?
If you are doing in store pickup your order will take a minimum of 24 hours to be prepared for you after you place your order. Orders are gathered at 5pm for the following day. If you place your order after 5pm it will not be gathered for you until the following evening. You will be asked to choose a pickup time at checkout.
What do I do to pick up my order?
You can give us a call once you are in our parking lot and we shall bring your order out to you. Or you can come in and say you are here for an online order pickup.
When will my order ship & arrive?
We do our best to have orders dropped off at Canada Post within 48 hours. After that they will be shipped through Canada Post using their standard shipping practices.
