Squash - Delicata Winter (Seeds)

Delicata Squash is a sweet, thin-skinned winter squash with creamy white, oblong fruits marked by attractive green stripes. The flavour is mild, rich, and often compared to sweet potatoes, making it a favourite for roasting, baking, and stuffing.

The fruits grow to approximately 15 x 8 cm (6 x 3") and store well for months after harvest. Allow them to fully mature on the vine, then harvest before frost for the best storage quality.

Plants can have a somewhat sprawling growth habit, so give them room to spread in the garden.
