Summer Savory (Seeds)
PRODUCT DETAILS
Summer Savory is a fast-growing annual herb with a delicate, aromatic flavour that is milder than winter savory. It is especially well suited to bean, pea, and lentil dishes, and is also a traditional favourite in poultry stuffing, stews, and herbes de Provence.
Plants grow to approximately 25 cm (10") tall and perform best in rich soil. Sow seeds in spring, then harvest the plants after flowering and hang them to dry for later use.
Allow a few plants to go to seed and Summer Savory may return on its own the following year.
