Foxglove - Purple (Seeds)
PRODUCT DETAILS
Foxglove is a dramatic biennial that produces tall spires covered in tubular, nodding flowers, often marked with attractive speckled throats. The sturdy flower stalks can reach up to 2 m (6') tall, making them an excellent choice for the back of borders, woodland-style gardens, and naturalized plantings.
Plants typically bloom from late spring into summer and may produce additional flowers later in the season. Foxgloves thrive in moist, partially shaded areas but can also tolerate full sun when provided with consistent moisture.
For first-year flowering, seeds can be started indoors in late winter. Plants may self-seed readily, so remove spent flower stalks after blooming if you want to limit natural spreading.
