Onion - Ramrod (Seeds)
PRODUCT DETAILS
Ramrod Scallion is a high-performing Lisbon-type bunching onion known for its crisp white stems, sturdy upright foliage, and bold flavour. It is a dependable choice for home gardens and works especially well for repeated sowings throughout the growing season.
Successive sowings can be made from spring through fall for an extended harvest. Seedlings sown in September are very cold hardy and can overwinter for an early spring crop.
For longer, whiter stems, sow or transplant Ramrod into a shallow trench and gradually hill soil around the stems as the plants grow.
