Pea Shoot Microgreens are a fast-growing, flavourful green that is easy to grow at home. This variety produces thick, tender shoots with a sweet flavour and crisp texture that make them especially enjoyable fresh.

Harvest the shoots when they reach approximately 8–10 cm (3–4") tall. They are delicious raw in salads, tossed with sesame-style dressings, or added to stir-fries near the end of cooking to help maintain their crunchy texture.

The variety used is Dwarf Grey Sugar, selected for its thick, vigorous shoots and excellent flavour. Pea shoots also grow quickly, making them a fun choice for growing with kids.
