Mint Prince Pumpkin is a beautiful medium-sized variety with deeply ribbed, slightly flattened fruits and a distinctive mint green colour. Its shape makes it especially well suited to stacked fall displays and decorative arrangements.

The fruits weigh approximately 3–4.5 kg (7–10 lb) and pair beautifully with similarly shaped varieties such as Jade Knight and Porcelain Princess. Inside, the bright orange flesh has a texture and flavour similar to kabocha squash, making Mint Prince both decorative and delicious.

Plants grow on full vines and produce eye-catching fruits that are just as useful in the kitchen as they are in fall displays.
