Rosemary (Seeds)

Rosemary is a highly aromatic herb with stiff stems and crisp, fir-like leaves that release a rich, distinctive fragrance. It is a versatile choice for herb gardens and large containers, especially in warm, sunny locations with well-draining soil.

The leaves can be used fresh or dried, with dried rosemary releasing even more flavour when freshly crushed. To harvest, cut whole branches and hang them upside down indoors in an airy location away from direct sunlight. Once fully dried, strip the leaves from the stems and store them in sealed containers, where they will remain aromatic for many months.

Rosemary also produces fragrant flowers that are highly attractive to honeybees and other pollinators.
