Katz Stocks is an early-blooming, one-cut stock series valued for its excellent uniformity, long stems, and beautiful flowers. It is especially popular with professional cut flower growers, but is also a great choice for home cutting gardens.

Each plant produces a single flowering stem and grows approximately 60–76 cm (24–30") tall. Blooms are typically 50–60% double, with seedlings able to be selected for a higher percentage of double flowers. Because Katz is a single-stem variety, plants should not be pinched.

The long stems and elegant blooms make Katz ideal for fresh bouquets, and the flowers are also edible.
