Gypsophila - Paniculata Single (Seeds)

Description

Baby's Breath produces beautiful billowy mists of tiny white flowers from July through August. Excellent as a fresh cut flower or as a background in dried bouquets. Stately plants grow to 36" tall, prefer neutral to somewhat alkaline soils. Plants will benefit from an application of gypsum to the soil every spring - this helps to maintain a plant favourable soil pH. Hardy to Zone 3.

How to Grow

Long lived bushy plants are invaluable for the perennial garden. We suggest it is best to start seed outdoors from May through mid-July in a slightly shaded location for bloom the following year. Space seedlings 24" apart in the garden.
