Lettuce - Baby Leaf Blade (Seeds)

CERTIFIED ORGANIC! Blade Organic lettuce seeds produce some of the nicest baby-leaf lettuce we have seen. The leaf colour is rich mahogany, fading to pale green as it nears the long petiole. The leaves grow very upright, with a wavy shape that adds loft to salads, and nicely indented margins. Blade has a high resistance to downy mildew and tip burn, and the growth is very uniform for repeated harvests of baby leaf salad greens. It grows well in both containers and trays, as well as in the garden row.

Matures in 35 - 40 days. (Open pollinated seeds)
