Astro Arugula is a dependable cool-season green with smooth, strap-like leaves and a mild, nutty flavour. Its peppery taste adds depth to salads, sandwiches, pizzas, and other fresh dishes without being overly sharp, especially when grown in cooler weather.

This cold-hardy variety is excellent for early spring, fall, and even protected winter growing. Baby greens can be harvested in as little as 21 days, while mature leaves are ready in approximately 30–40 days.

Astro is also well suited to microgreen production, producing tender greens with a bold but balanced flavour.
