Astro Organic Arugula is a cold-hardy variety with smooth, strap-like leaves and a milder flavour than many traditional arugulas. It is especially well suited to cool-weather growing and performs beautifully in spring, fall, and even protected winter plantings.

The tender leaves have a nutty, peppery flavour that adds plenty of character to salads, sandwiches, pizzas, and other fresh dishes. Astro is also an excellent choice for baby greens and microgreens, with baby leaves ready to harvest in as little as 21 days.

Its compact growth habit makes it a good choice for containers, while its strong cold tolerance helps extend the harvest season.
