Noodle King Yard Long Bean is a vigorous climbing variety that produces exceptionally long, slender green pods with a tender texture and excellent flavour. Also known as asparagus bean, this variety is especially well suited to gardeners who want a yard long-type bean with faster maturity.

The pods are best harvested when they reach approximately 30–45 cm (12–18") long, while still tender and crisp. They are delicious steamed, sautéed, or added to stir-fries.

Plants grow tall and require a sturdy trellis or other support. Noodle King matures earlier than many other yard long beans, making it a better choice for regions with shorter growing seasons.
