This is a very popular dwarf green with spoon-shaped petioles topped with dark green leaves. A culinary favouite braised, sauteéd or used in stir fries and soups.

How to Grow

Best planted directly outside in mid-spring. Baby Pak Choi does best in a sunny site with moist, rich soil. Sow seed 1/4" deep and 1" apart in the row with the rows 18" apart. Thin to 12" apart.
