Peppermint
Excellent for mental fatigue and depression, refreshing the spirit and stimulating mental agility and improving concentration. It helps for apathy, shock, headache, migraine, nervous stress, vertigo and faintness and in general respiratory disorders, as well as dry coughs, sinus congestion, asthma and bronchitis. Peppermint oil can assist in nervous disorders and is dramatically effective in stimulating the mind and focusing concentration, for treating the respiratory tract, muscular aches and pains and for some skin problems. (*Keep out of reach of cats and dogs*)

Eucalyptus
Helps to clear the mind and focus concentration, while reducing swelling in the mucus membranes. It is very valuable in fighting respiratory problems, fighting inflammation and sore muscles, rheumatism, headaches and nervous exhaustion.

APPLICATION

Dilute before use on skin (3 drops of pure blend essential oil into 20ml of your chosen carrier oil such as Grapeseed or Sweet Almond oil etc.)

Perfect for use in a diffuser, especially at night, simply add a drop or two into a bowl of hot water and breathe in the vapour or apply 5-6 drops into your vaporiser or ultrasonic diffuser to help breathing at night.
