Stir Fry Blend Mustard Greens is a fast-growing mix of flavourful Asian greens that can be harvested as microgreens, baby leaves, or allowed to mature to full size. It is especially well suited to cool-season growing in containers, cold frames, and garden beds.

The blend includes komatsuna, pac choi, choi sum, bau sin, red kale, giant red mustard, southern giant curled mustard, shungiku, and tah tsai, creating a varied mix of colours, textures, and flavours.

Because these greens germinate well in cool soil, they are an excellent choice for fall, winter, and spring harvests. Grow densely for microgreens and baby salad greens, or space plants farther apart for larger leaves. The mix can also be treated as a cut-and-come-again crop for multiple harvests.
