West Coast Market Mix Mesclun is a premium salad blend inspired by the classic Parisian market mix. It combines a colourful assortment of tender greens with a range of mild, sweet, slightly bitter, and peppery flavours.

The blend includes finely cut curly endive, tender red-leaf lettuce, dark green escarole, blonde chicory, arugula, and chervil. Harvest the young leaves as needed and allow the plants to regrow for repeated cut-and-come-again harvests.

This versatile mix is excellent on its own as a fresh salad, used as a garnish, or blended with other greens to add extra flavour, colour, and texture. It also grows very well in containers.
