Eiffel Scallion is a dependable white Lisbon-type bunching onion with strong, upright growth and little to no bulbing, even during the heat of summer. Its crisp white stems and mild, appealing flavour make it an excellent choice for fresh eating, salads, garnishes, and cooking.

The stiff upright leaves help shed rain, which can reduce problems associated with prolonged damp weather. For a continuous harvest, sow short rows every two weeks from April through the end of September. With winter protection from a cloche or row cover, plants can continue providing fresh scallions well into the colder months.
