Mad Hatter Pepper is an eye-catching hybrid with distinctive flattened, disc-shaped fruits and excellent productivity. This award-winning variety offers stronger plant vigour and higher yields than many traditional Bishop’s Cap-type peppers.

The crisp, crunchy fruits can be harvested green or allowed to ripen to red. Their flesh is generally sweet and mild, although peppers grown in hot, dry conditions may develop a touch of heat around the seed cavity.

Plants grow up to approximately 122 cm (48") tall and perform well in large containers, open-field production, and high tunnels.
