Chocolate Beauty Pepper is a unique bell pepper variety known for its rich colour and increasingly sweet flavour as the fruits mature. The lobed peppers begin green and gradually ripen to a deep chocolate brown, becoming noticeably sweeter and more flavourful along the way.

The mature peppers are especially attractive when combined with yellow, red, or orange peppers in salads and other fresh dishes. Their unusual colour also makes them a standout choice for stuffing, grilling, and cooking.

Plants are medium to large in size and can also be grown successfully in containers, using one plant per 3–5 gallon pot.
