Mini Purple Daikon Radish is a fast-growing variety with striking deep purple skin and crisp white flesh streaked with purple. Its colourful roots add excellent visual appeal to salads, pickles, and other fresh dishes.

The roots have a mild flavour, while the edible leaves are noticeably spicier. Mini Purple Daikon is especially well suited for kimchi and pickling, but it is also delicious sliced raw for extra crunch and colour.

Like other daikon radishes, this variety performs best in cool weather, making it a great choice for spring and fall planting. Expect approximately 5–10% white off-type roots.
