Spinach - Olympia F1 (Seeds)

Olympia Spinach is a fast-growing, dark green plain-leaf variety that performs well for repeated sowings throughout much of the year. The attractive, rounded leaves are held upright and off the soil, helping keep them cleaner and easier to harvest.

The tender leaves are excellent for both fresh salads and cooking. Olympia also works well in containers, especially when grown for baby leaf production on patios or in smaller garden spaces.

For summer crops, harvest promptly to help avoid bolting during hot weather.
