Squash - Queensland Blue Winter (Seeds)
PRODUCT DETAILS
Queensland Blue Pumpkin is a striking Australian heirloom known for its unusual blue-grey skin, flattened shape, and deep ribbing. The large fruits typically weigh 4.5–9 kg (10–20 lb) each, making them an impressive addition to both the garden and fall displays.
Inside, the flesh is golden, dense, and very sweet, with excellent eating quality. Queensland Blue is also prized for its outstanding storage ability, with flavour that holds well for months after harvest.
For best storage, allow the fruits to mature fully on the vine until the foliage begins to die back. Handle harvested pumpkins carefully, as any fruits with cuts or damage should be used first.
