Katz Stock is an early-blooming, one-cut stock series valued for its excellent uniformity and long, sturdy stems. Prized by professional cut flower growers, each plant produces a single flowering stem topped with beautifully fragrant blooms.

Plants grow approximately 60–76 cm (24–30") tall, with flowers that are typically 50–60% double. Seedlings can be selected to increase the percentage of double blooms. Because Katz is a single-stem variety, plants should not be pinched.

The long stems and elegant flowers make Katz an excellent choice for cutting gardens and fresh bouquets. The blooms are also edible, adding another unique feature to this attractive variety.
