Katz Stock is an early-blooming, one-cut stock series valued for its excellent uniformity, long stems, and high-quality flowers. Popular with professional cut flower growers, it is also a great choice for home cutting gardens.

Each plant produces a single flowering stem and grows approximately 60–76 cm (24–30") tall. Blooms are typically 50–60% double, with seedlings able to be selected for a higher percentage of double flowers. Because Katz is a single-stem variety, plants should not be pinched.

The elegant blooms are excellent for fresh bouquets and are also edible.
