Helianthus annuus Lemon Queen is a classic, CERTIFIED ORGANIC sunflower loved for its soft lemon-yellow petals and rich chocolate-brown centres. This medium-tall, branching variety produces numerous blooms per plant, with flowers typically measuring 10–13 cm (5–6") across. Its airy colour and long stems make it an excellent choice for cut-flower gardens and bright summer bouquets.

Plants grow to approximately 1.8–2 m (6–7') tall and thrive in full sun with well-drained soil. Lemon Queen is easy to grow when direct sown once the soil has warmed in spring. For an extended flowering season, sow additional seeds every three weeks. Blooms begin to appear about 90 days after sowing.
