Celebration Swiss Chard is a colourful, productive variety with thick stems in shades of red, yellow, rose, gold, and white. The slightly savoyed leaves range from rich burgundy to deep green, creating a vibrant rainbow effect in both the garden and the kitchen.

The colours become more intense as the plants mature, while the younger leaves are tender and excellent for fresh salads. Mature leaves and stalks are delicious when cooked, with a mild flavour that is gentler than spinach.
