Sungold Cherry Tomato is an exceptionally popular variety known for its vibrant tangerine-orange fruits and intensely sweet, fruity flavour. The small tomatoes develop their best tropical-like taste when allowed to ripen fully on the vine.

Vigorous indeterminate vines produce long trusses of plump cherry tomatoes and continue bearing heavily throughout the summer. Sungold is also an early producer, making it a great choice for gardeners who want abundant harvests over a long season.

The fruits are delicious eaten straight from the garden and also add bright colour and outstanding flavour to salads and fresh dishes. Plants can easily reach 1.8–2.4 m (6–8') tall, so sturdy support is recommended.

Sungold is also recognized for strong disease resistance and has received the RHS Award of Garden Merit.
